  • The Cost per student is $6,750 grades Kindergarten through Eighth Grades.
  • Transitional Kindergarten cost $3,728
  • Registration fee for all grades— $75 per student.

  • (3 year old) Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. $239.50 per month ($2,395.00 per year)
  • (4 year old) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. $312.80 per month ($3,128.00 per year)

We do not offer a multi-child discount for the preschool program.

After Care / Extended Care Options: (Cost per 10 monthly payments August through May)

  • 1 day (Monday or Friday All Day) 8 A.M. to 2:50 P.M. $167.60 ($1,676.00 per year)
  • 2 days (Monday and Friday All Day) 8 A.M. to 2:50 P.M. $319.00 ($3,190.00 per year)
  • 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) 11 A.M. to 2:50 P.M. $239.50 ($2,395.00 per year)
  • 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) 11 A.M. to 2:50 P.M. $311.10 ($3,111.00 per year)
  • 5 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday -TK Students) $389.90 ($3,899.00 per year)

EdChoice Scholarship

EdChoice can be Traditional for the city of Dayton Residence or Expansion for all families based on Income. You must be registered at St. Charles School and have received a tour prior to submission of Scholarship. Request form, proof of address and birth certificate are required to be returned to the school office to Nancy Cochran.  Once submitted first time users must register online through the Income Verification portal.

Financial Aid and Tuition Payment Plans- To be considered for financial aid you must complete school registration documents.

The FACTS Grant and Aid application fee is $35.00

All tuition payments are made through FACTS.  If paying in full there is no fee to register.  If paying monthly for tuition a $44.00 enrollment fee is charged and a monthly interest rate. Should be Assessed Fee, not Interest rate.

The application for FACTS Grant and Aid has a deadline of March 15, 2025 for the 25-26 school year.
