You may ask yourself, what is the difference between a commission and a committee?

At St. Charles, a “Commission” is a group of volunteers who is appointed and officially charged with performing a function. Commissions are also represented at Parish Council meetings.

A “Committee” is a group of volunteers who nominate their own membership and perform their mission on a permanent or ad hoc basis.

Both committees and commissions are very important to the day-to-day operations of our parish community.

We will NOT be able to offer Reconciliation on Saturday, January 25. Please visit MassTimes.org to locate an alternate location. Thank you for your understanding.
