Chair movement is an accessible form of exercise for individuals with limited range of motion. This movement along with breathwork, helps to release stress and encourage increased lung capacity. Chair movement can help you explore new ways to stretch and strengthen your body. These six-week classes, taught by certified instructor Julie Fasick-Johnson, can help you improve your flexibility and enhance vitality. $30. Classes will meet September 8, 22, October 6, 13, 20, 27.
