MOVE, STRETCH, BREATHE

Chair movement is an accessible form of exercise for individuals
with limited range of motion. This movement, along with
breathwork, helps to release stress and encourage increased
lung capacity. These movements can help you explore new
ways to stretch and strengthen your body. These six-week
classes, taught by certified instructor, Julie Fasick-Johnson,
can help you improve your flexibility and enhance vitality, while
also focusing on improving flexibility and awareness of how
to perform everyday activities to keep you safe.

Cost is $30.
Classes will meet at 9:30 a.m. on Thursdays.
