This is a special invitation for you to join a Living the Eucharist Small Group this coming Lent here at St. Charles.
During the six weeks of Lent, your participation in a Small Faith Group will enrich your life in ways but subtle and amazing. You can expect to grow in your understanding of the mystery of the Eucharist, participate more fully in Sunday mass, and leave Mass with a renewed enthusiasm to let the light of Jesus shine.
You can join a Small Faith Group that meets when it is convenient for you. Groups meet on different days and times throughout the week.
The small groups are for all adults-singles, marrieds, empty nesters, divorced or widowed. Each group will meet once a week beginning the week of March 3 and ending the week of April 6. Everyone will receive a participant’s booklet to help guide you in your small group discussion. There will be a special program for high school youth and their parents led by Heather Dunn, our Coordinator for Youth Ministry.
What will you do each week?
- Learn about the true meaning of the Mass.
- Better understand the rituals and symbols of the Eucharist.
- Discover new ways to make the Sunday Mass readings come alive.
- Grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ together with your fellow parishioners.
