SCHOOL PICTURE DAY!
Picture Day will be held on September 16th- All students dress up day! No forms are needed for pictures.
Everyone will have the same background color and proofs will be sent home a few weeks after pictures.
Parents will be able to order packages when proofs are sent home.

Summer Packets in Church Atrium!
All parents please pick up your summer packet.
Important forms that are due the first day of school.

All new students and students in preschool, TK and Kindergarten must return medical forms mailed to you this summer.
If you are unable to locate a form all medical forms are
located in the file library in option c.
Spirit Store
More uniform gym shorts and track jackets have arrived.
A link to preorder will be emailed shortly.
You will be able to reserve your size and when payment is received items will be sent home with your child.

NEW DISMISSAL PROCEDURE!

Pik My Kid APP-
Everyone please register, you never know when you will need to use the app.
Each family received a letter and car placard regarding our new pick up procedures in their family envelope or in the mail. Please download the APP, PikMyKid, and setup your account using the directions you received. All children being picked up via car without preschool siblings will be dismissed using the APP through the Walsh Hall doors. The APP will notify teachers when to dismiss students in a timely manner. Please follow directions by the teachers in the parking lots and enter the property via David Road and exit on Ackerman Blvd safely. Be aware of all pedestrian and bus traffic. 
SCHOOL NURSE NEWS
If your child will be taking medications at school this year, medications can be dropped off at the main school office:
  • Thursday, August 27 from 8-noon
  • Friday, August 28 from 8-noon

Please make sure all medications are clearly labeled with the student's name. 
If you are unable to drop medications off at this time, you will be permitted to drop off medication in the main office once school starts. Please do NOT send medications with your child. More information regarding medication use at school can be found in the School Handbook.

Medical Forms for Starting School
  • Preschool students must have a current medical statement (physical exam within the last year) and vaccines on file prior to the start of school.  
  • Kindergarten students must have vaccines on file no later than 9/18
  • 7th grade students must have updated vaccines on file (Tdap and Meningococcal by 9/4)

School busing will begin on Monday, August 31st for Kettering, Centerville and Sugarcreek(Bellbrook).
