LIBRARY UPDATE

It is time to start planning for the Spring Follett Book Fair!

All PROFITS go to purchase books and supplies for the school library. The fair set up is Friday, 2/21/2020 in the afternoon. The fair will run the week of 2/24/2020 - 2/28/2020. Virtus trained volunteers are needed to help at the fair. Shifts that cover Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday lunchtime and Tuesday evening are a priority. I have recess duty on those days. Please go to this link to volunteer.

This year Family Night is Tuesday, 2/25/2020. Our theme for Literacy Night is Mardi Gras because it is Fat Tuesday.  The Book Fair will be open from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm that night.

Hope to see you at the Follett Book Fair! Contact me at mbrown@stcharleskettering.org if you have any questions.

Enrich Your Faith &
Your Life This Lent!

Starting this weekend in the Atrium and on-line, we will be offering you the opportunity to register for a special program during Lent.

The name of the program is called “Living the Eucharist”.  Those who have participated over the past two years really appreciated getting to know other parishioners, and the opportunity to learn more about the meaning and importance of the Mass.

Small Groups meet once a week for 6 weeks, beginning the week of February 23 rd  through the week of March 29 th .  When you register, you can choose the day and time that you want to meet.

We Have Two Special Invitations:
1.    We are in need of parishioners to help facilitate weekly discussions using a easy to use participant booklet.
2.    We are also in need of Hosts – those who will open their home to a small group (6-8) to meet. Rooms are also available at church if you want to meet here.

If would like to help in one of these areas, please indicate so when filling out the registration form.

If you’re not sure whether you can commit, or have questions, please stop by the table for more information.  If you are ready to register, you may go to the Parish Website http://events.constantcontact.com/register/event?llr=57q95niab&oeidk=a07egvm2u0zcc0953c9 and sign up on-line.  You may also call Tim Clarke at 401-0021 if you have any questions, or special requests.
Interested in being a judge for Alter’s Science Fair? You can contact Jennifer Butler at  Jennifer.butler@alterhs.org  if interested. Alter’s Science Fair is on February 18 from 6-8 PM and dinner will be provided for the judges.
