Altar Servers, Training and Tacos!
New altar servers in the 5th - 8th grade are invited to come for a training on one of the following dates. You must be trained before you are added to the schedule. New Eucharistic Minister Training

Intramural Basketball Open
students in grades 1st, 2nd and 3rd.


CYO Basketball Teams are forming!
Deadline  to registration for CYO Basketball  is this Friday (9/27/19).
Hurry! Teams will be capped at 11 students.
CYO is for 4th through 8th graders in St. Charles School or CCD.
Cost is $100 per player.
Games will begin in late October and end in late January.

VIRTUS-compliant Coaches are needed too!

Intramural Basketball Registrations are now open!
Students in 1st thru 3rd grade are invited to play Intramural Basketball.
Cost per player is $15.
There will be a player evaluation on Friday, November 1st.
The season will last from early November to early January.
More details will follow.

CLINIC NEWS
Over the next few weeks, we will be conducting health screenings. Screening results will go home to parents during conferences in November. If you are not able to attend conferences, screenings results will be mailed home. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the school nurse at  sullmer@stcharleskettering.org  or 433-3746.
Arts Shirt- For ALL STUDENTS IN Show Choir, Elementary Choir and Handbell Choir Students.

  • Attached is the link to the $15 Arts Shirt, available now for purchase online.  https://deuceshirts.com/product/st-charles-broadway-tee/ All shirts will be produced in bulk and distributed through school with students prior to Thanksgiving Break- a communication will be sent in the Chatter when all shirts are sent home with students
  • Shirts are 50/50 cotton/poly- if you are uncertain regarding sizing, you can look at any basic 50/50 St. Charles t-shirt for reference
  • When ordering, users should select "Pick Up at Deuce" to avoid a shipping fee- there is no way to refund this fee if you make the wrong selection
  • ORDER DEADLINE: OCTOBER 31 (no exceptions- if you miss the deadline, your student can wear a plain black t-shirt for performances)

Supporting a love of reading is critical to student success. The Follett Book Fair encourages your child’s reading habits, builds their personal libraries and raises funds for the school library, all at the same time.
Book Fair Dates: Monday, 10/07/19 – Friday, 10/11/19
Book Fair Times: School days plus Family Night, Wednesday, 10/09/19 from 6 pm to 8 pm. Closes Friday, 10/11/19 at 12:30 pm
