Time- 8:30am-12:45pm
Number Needed- 2 volunteers per grade level

This year’s theme, “To Mars and Beyond”, runs
June 24-28, 9:00 a.m. – Noon, in the PAC. Each morning is filled with Bible stories and activities, music, arts & crafts, games and more! The whole family is invited to join the fun as a camper or staff member.

St. Charles is once again offering the opportunity to purchase engraved pavers to commemorate a special person or event. These are perfect for occasions such as an anniversary, graduation, wedding, baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, birth or to remember a loved one.

Preschool News
Preschool Report Cards/Progress Reports will be going home Monday, April 29 for Mrs. Berry and Mrs. Braun's classes. On Tuesday, April 30 for Mrs. Barr and Mrs. Rogers classes.
Conferences can be held at your convenience.

Pre-HSPT for Seventh Graders

What is the Pre-HSPT Practice Test for Seventh Graders?
• This practice test is intended to help students become more familiar with the different sections of the HSPT, especially under timed conditions.
• Test results will be sent directly to the students mailing address provided at signup.
• Scores of the pre-HSPT will not be used for admissions purposes and will not be shared with the student’s current school.
• No accommodations will be offered for the Pre-HSPT.
• Space is limited to 100 students.

*It is critical parents sign up Now and not wait until the Fall because # of teams and divisions are assigned by CYO end of May!
Cost is $55 (includes uniform).

6th Grade - Vaccines needed prior to 7th Grade
The Ohio Department of Health requires that all students entering 7th grade have the following immunizations:
- Tdap (must be Tdap, it cannot be Td) vaccine
- Meningococcal - Students are required to have 1 dose anytime before entering 7th grade
Forms will go home this week. Your child's health care provider can complete this form
OR
you can simply send in a copy of your child's vaccine record. We are asking that vaccines be on file with the school no later than 5/24/2018.
We know that your child probably already received these vaccines, but we still need to have them on file at school.
If you have plans to get this accomplished over the summer, please contact the school nurse to inform her of your plans.

grade) is an excellent way to teach your child the game of football, while instilling a strong commitment to teamwork, values and self-discipline. Winning is a result of these qualities. The Cheer Program (2
nd
– 8
th
grade) is a great opportunity to meet new friends, show Knight Spirit, perform at games, and still be able to participate in Fall sports at your school.
SDK Football is a USA Football Heads Up Football League, teaching safe blocking and tackling techniques. All coaches are USA Football certified.
