Library Update

I am excited to report that the library books were not damaged in the flooding during the winter storm. The shelves kept the books safe above the water.

The  Used Book Fair  was up to the challenge of the 3 snow days! The Used Book Fair is extended to 2/5/19 so students have a chance to purchase books.Thank you to everyone who worked and shopped at the Used Book Fair. The donated books were of great quality and quantity this year. Your generosity to this event is appreciated. Unsold books will be donated to Food for the Journey program.

Follett Book Fair : It is time to start planning for Spring Follett Book Fair. The Follett Book Fair will be set up on Friday, 2/22/19 and sales will run Monday, 2/25/19 - Friday 3/1/19, including Literacy Night on Wednesday, 2/27/19. Volunteers act as cashiers during the sale and help students select books. Profits from the sale are used to buy new books for the library. All volunteers must be Virtus trained. Please consider helping and follow the link to sign up:  https://www.signupgenius.com/go/409094AAFA72CA4F49-follett

Athletics Needs Your Help!
St. Charles Athletics has a few open positions: Track Coordinator, Assistant Athletics Director, Spiritual Liaison and Secretary. Athletic meetings are typically held one Sunday a month during the school year. Serving on Athletics is a great way to meet other St Charles parents and fulfill your volunteer commitments to the school and parish. CYO programs can't happen without the continued support of our volunteers and parents. If interested, please email Brian Glenn at  bglenn66@gmail.com
