PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES NOW OPEN!
Conferences are November 8, 2018, from 3:30-8:00 PM and November 9, 2018, from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM. 

Conferences are with the Homeroom teacher ONLY.
Specials Teachers are also available if needed!

All Conference need to be scheduled through Option C.
Screenings Results
Screening results will be given out during conferences. If you have questions or concerns regarding the results or screenings, please contact the school nurse at 433-3746 or  sullmer@stcharleskettering.org
If you are not able to attend a conference, the results will be mailed home. 
VETERANS DAY CELEBRATION AT ST. CHARLES!
St. Charles School would like to honor all of our parish veterans with a luncheon on Monday, November 12th at 12:30 pm.
A Veteran’s Day ceremony will follow lunch at 1:15 pm with our entire school. Please RSVP to Click here to email Mr. Bertke .

VETERANS BULLETIN BOARD!
Also as a part of our honoring our veterans, we would like to create a collage of pictures of our veterans. Please send in copies of pictures of family or friends who have served to help fill our school bulletin board. Please do not send original photographs as we will not be able to return them to you. 
CYO VOLLEYBALL REGISTRATIONS
BEGINS TOMORROW! 4th- 8th Boys and Girls.
The close out date will be Friday 14 December.

  • The rehearsal for this coming Saturday, Nov. 10th has been canceled.
  • Fine Arts Society members need to bring in their $30 fees.
  • The cast of Guys and Dolls needs to bring in their production fees this week. This includes the youth cast. 
Air City Volleyball Club is looking for additional 7th and 8th grade boys for their U14 team for this Winter. We are coaches from the Dayton, Ohio area who offer training and competitive volleyball opportunities for boys in grades 6 thru 12. We train locally and compete at the regional and national level as a member of USA Volleyball and the Ohio Valley Region.
