You may begin picking up student packets in our
church library
after all masses this weekend or during the week of the 6

during normal church office hours. This packet is filled with very important information and forms that will be due the first day of school.
Please make sure you pick up your packet and complete all forms included. Packets will remain in the church library until the Sunday Social August 19

at this time they will be located in the PAC for pick up.

Meet and greet with the principal to review handbook and Q and A. Location in
room 101 by main lobby.
6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Parent Only Meeting with students entering Preschool, Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten. Meeting will be located in the PAC (gym).
At this meeting you will meet your child’s teacher and receive important information about their classroom. You can enter through our PAC or through back doors by back parking lot.

Sunday Social: Kick-Off Sunday Open House!
Bring your family to our Open House from 12 – 2 p.m. All students going into grades preschool to 8

grades and families are welcome. Meet your teacher’s, see your classroom, purchase spirit wear, uniform apparel and enjoy the food truck rally! Food trucks will be located on the side parking lot by Alter’s field from 11:30 to 2:30!

Annual Boo Hoo/Woo Hoo Breakfast
open to any mom, dad or family member after drop off, the first day of school. Come grab breakfast with us in our cafeteria and celebrate the start of a new year at St. Charles School.
