HOLY WEEK NEWS
On March 28, the Wednesday of Holy Week, St. Charles will be holding a  Tenebrae Service at 7 p.m.  in the church. All of the music ministry ensembles at St. Charles will be involved, including the Adult Choirs, Children's Choir, and the School Music Ministry.

Tenebrae is a solemn service of light and darkness. Its origins date to the 5th century. Tenebrae uses music, sound, and silence in prayerful preparation for the Easter Triduum. The format and structure are very similar to Evensong, Evening Prayer, or Vespers.

Please join us for an evening of prayerful reflection before our Triduum celebrations.
GARDEN BUILD DAY! HELP NEEDED!

We are reaching out to all the student groups, parents, and teachers who have expressed interest in helping to build the new school gardens at St. Charles. We are finally ready to start building, and we will begin with the Vegetable Garden on Sunday April 8 at 1:30. We will be building 10 raised beds, 4 in-ground beds, an arbor, a storage cabinet, and walking paths.

If you are interested in helping out, please fill out the form. This will help us get organized ahead of time. Registration is not required - it would just be appreciated. Walk-ins are always welcome too.

If you are the adviser/head of an organization, please forward this on to your members.

If you are interested in the effort but unable to make this date, there will be build day in August for the Sensory Garden and one likely in September for the Bible Garden.

Thank you,
Chris Bigelow and Chris Glenn

Thank you Henry for coming in to school to do morning announcements with Mr. Bogle.

Just a few notes from the silent auction team.

1. Thanks for coming to the event and bidding on the many items that were available. Thanks to you, this is on track to be the most successful silent auction yet!

2. Remember how you used Bidder Registration Numbers to bid? We would really LOVE to have all those lanyards back. We will also gladly accept any baskets that you took home with you.   Please bring any of these that you, friends or relatives still have to the school's front office.  All of these things can be used year after year if they are returned to us.
