Child Protection Class and Fingerprinting

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati Decree on Child Protection requires all employees and adult volunteers (over the age of 18) who work with children on a regular basis (typically 1 or more hours/week) to complete a background check and attend the Child Protection class. At this time, the cost of the background check will be covered by St. Albert the Great Parish. The background check is accepted at the parish where you are volunteering or employed. Should you change parishes or responsibilities within the parish, a new background check is required. However, attending a Child Protection class within the State of Ohio does not need to be repeated.

Fingerprinting (Background Check) Schedule

Monday evening from 6:30 – 8:30 pm
Tuesday & Thursday from 10:00 am – Noon & 1:00 – 3:00 pm

Child Protection Class Schedule
St. Albert the Great Chapel
First Monday of each month 7:00 – 8:00 pm
Fingerprinting is available at this time and will begin at 6:30 pm
in the Religious Education Office
(Room 16 of the school)
