Eucharist

First Eucharist is normally received around the age of 7 or 8 years old.  Children are prepared by classes in the school and the Faith Formation programs.  They are also formed by the example of their parents and the community.  Notices will be sent home through the school and Faith Formation classes.  Preparation sessions for parents and children will be announced in a special mailing, in the weekly SPUR and the monthly LIGHT.  First Communion will take place during the Easter season at the regularly scheduled Sunday Masses.  For more information, please call the Office of Faith Formation at 434-9272.
