Monday mornings starting February 27 at 9:15 a.m. (after 8:30 Mass) in the Borromeo Room

The Lenten season is about a month away. Are you looking for an activity to enrich your spiritual life during Lent? Try a Bible study! We are offering a Threshold Bible series on People of the Passion. This study will last six weeks meeting for about an hour each Monday morning in the Borromeo Room. Anne Trick will facilitate this series.

If you have never tried a Bible study before, this is for you… We will look at the people Jesus meets in the passion story and we will learn insights from Steven Binz, a biblical scholar.

We offered this series five years ago and everyone thought it was a great learning experience. The cost is $15 for the book. To register, please complete the Registration Form and return it to the Church Office, Faith Formation Office, or call Beth at 937-434-9272.

The conflicts of the early Christians in Corinth are in many ways similar to our struggles today as Christians. They, too, witnessed division in their communities, scandal, immorality, persecution and other trials.

First Corinthians: The Church and the Christian Community is a 10-week course that explores the key elements that the apostle Paul introduced to a new and growing Church. St. Paul taught the Corinthians about the nature of grace and the Church as the Body of Christ. In addition, he introduced the Corinthian Christians to the most powerful gift of all, the Eucharist.

Join us for First Corinthians on Wednesday evenings (starting January 11) or Thursday mornings (starting January 12) in the Borromeo Room.

The fee for the course is $20. To register for the study, please contact Beth at 937-434-9272 or You may also pick up a registration form in the Hospitality Room or the Parish Office.
